Shore fishing is spectacular off our our "secret" beach that's not far past our driveway.
Our guests have access to Colington Harbour's huge saltwater pool, with kiddie pool an lifeguards, right at the beachfront. Changing rooms, restrooms, snack shack and more are all right here. Passes are distributed at the gate when checking in.
You'll get sunrises and sunsets from the home, but for a memorable sunset, direct sound access allows sunset cruises, and the community's private beach is great to put in a kayak or paddle board for a unique evening of taking in the beautiful sunsets only the sound side can offer. The secret beach is disclosed in our guest book...great for a sunset where you'll likely be the only ones there!
Colington Harbor features a deep canal system that our yard sits upon. You can paddle board, kayak, canoe or take your own boat all around the canals or out into the sound fishing or for sunset cruises. Our private dock is expected to be completed spring 2024, so keep watching here for updates.We anticipate it to hold a 23' boat.
Take a break for some games on our ground floor game center. There's a new slate pool table and a 12 foot shuffleboard table ready for action.
There's a 55" 4K Samsung Smart TV loaded with Spectrum Channels including music and HBO channels, and lots of Roku apps to choose from.
Corn Hole Boards and bags are available, as well as Horseshoes for the outdoor horseshoe pits. Bring the putter and practice up putting before you hit the links. Golf Balls are there for use too.
A rolling cooler will keep your beverages cold inside or out on the decks. A spare fridge will keep all the extras fresh an cold.
When you need to do some laundry, we make that easy for you. A full laundry room is found on the mid level that has brand new high capacity machines. There's a folding table and drying rack as well, and we'll provide a starter pack of scent-free detergent pods for you too.

We have a dock at the home providing a place to tie up or launch your paddling equipment into the miles of deep canals that lead directly to a large harbor and sound access.
Our home is well kept by our own private cleaners, and is inspected regularly by your owners. We stay here too and love every minute of it. We want to have guests experience what can't be had with an ocean side stay, but still get there easily (7 minutes and one light away). We want to make you happy to be here and want to come back again and again.
